M.O.C is a marketplace ministry that stands for Mind of Christ. M.O.C. Beauty is a multi-faceted platform created by Malika Draper to serve people and professionals in the cosmetology industry. M.O.C is also a vessel used to build connections within the philadelphia community through the Arts. Our goal is to serve and encourage in either of these avenues.

Meet Malika

I am a cosmetology educator by trade, singer, artist, lover of people, mother, wife, and entrepreneur.

My journey has taught me that our lives can contain many different gifts and callings.

I have been blessed to experience the beauty industry from multiple perspectives—as a professional, an educator, a creative, and someone who genuinely enjoys helping others.

I am also a mother of two autistic children and a wife to a loving husband. My family has taught me patience, compassion, resilience, and the importance of celebrating people for who they are.

Every part of my journey has shaped the woman I am today.
